Our staff consists of a dynamic group of experienced professional engineers, designers, layout technicians and a highly knowledgeable administrative support team. The principal and engineers combine expertise in the technical aspects of engineering with hands-on experience in contracting.

Encon's engineering practice is based on the philosophy of a strong management team and the personal involvement of the principal, who provides direction and overall guidance for each phase of the project. Each project is assigned to a project manager who personally supervises all design and production work, construction administration and coordination between our office and our clients. In addition to their in-house engineering and design tasks, our engineers conduct site visits before, during and after construction as necessary for successful project completion.

Encon utilizes the latest computer technology applications for calculations, studies, designs, specifications and working drawings. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in creating 2-D and 3-D drawings and transferring data between different computer platforms, CAD systems and computer applications that allows us to work more effectively with various clients' systems.
